Diego Rivas, MBA, is currently the Global Senior Director of Product Transformation & Project Management at Stanley 1913. With over 15 years of experience in global organizations, Diego has held leadership roles, including Global Manager Supply Chain and Director of Business Transformation at adidas, where they led significant projects that drove growth and efficiency. Diego has worked in four countries—U.S., Germany, Colombia, and Austria—and is fluent in English, Spanish, and German. They hold an MBA in Financial Management and numerous certifications, including Certified Performance Coach and Large Scale Scrum Practitioner.
