Pranav Patankar

Pranav Patankar is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and human capital consulting, currently serving as the Org Effectiveness Consulting Lead at AstraZeneca since September 2024. Prior to this role, Pranav held positions at EY from June 2018 to September 2024, where responsibilities included People Consulting as a Manager and Senior Manager, and at Deloitte India from June 2013 to June 2018, progressing from Analyst to Senior Consultant in Human Capital Consulting. Pranav's career began with a Summer Internship at Idea Cellular Ltd in 2012 and an Executive Assistant role at South State Business School from July 2010 to June 2011, along with experience in executive marketing communications at STAM Interactive Solutions from May 2009 to July 2010.
