Puja Sapra

Puja Sapra is a seasoned professional in the field of oncology and biologics engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities include leading R&D efforts in Biologics Engineering and Oncology Targeted Discovery from July 2020 to June 2024. Prior to AstraZeneca, Puja held various leadership positions at Pfizer from September 2013 to July 2020, including Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer for the Targeted Therapeutics Unit. Puja's career in pharmaceutical science began at Immunomedics and progressed through roles at Enzon Pharmaceuticals, where experiences ranged from Sr Scientist to Group Leader. Academic credentials include a PhD in pharmacology from the University of Alberta, along with a foundational education at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
