Rebekah Martin

Rebekah Martin is a seasoned legal and HR professional with extensive experience at AstraZeneca since September 2011, serving in various senior leadership roles including SVP of Reward, Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP for Japan and the Global Biopharma Business Unit. Prior to these roles, Rebekah was the Deputy General Counsel for Europe, overseeing legal support for AstraZeneca's commercial operations across Europe and employment law on a global scale. Rebekah also held the position of Asia Area Legal Director, providing strategic legal guidance to several countries in the Asia region and serving on the Board of Directors for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals India Limited. Earlier in the career, Rebekah worked at Addleshaw Goddard and Travers Smith, handling employment law matters and advising on significant corporate transactions. Rebekah holds a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
