Renata Morgado Eckman

Renata Morgado Eckman currently serves as the HR Director for Western and South Europe and HR Lead for Portugal at AstraZeneca, starting in January 2023. Previously, Renata held the position of Head of Strategy & Operations Oncology at Novartis from 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading the transformation of Portugal’s Oncology Business Unit.
