Serry Habash

Serry Habash is currently a Senior Counsel, Corporate at AstraZeneca, where they support transactions for the Business Development and Operations groups, including critical M&A and licensing deals. Previously, Serry served as an Attorney at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, focusing on M&A and transactional work, and worked as Counsel at Eye of Horus and Tapestry Telemed, advising on various corporate and regulatory matters. They also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, aiding in civil enforcement of securities laws. Serry is pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the University of Miami School of Law and has obtained a Bachelor's Degree from West Virginia University.
