Phil Bauer

Phil Bauer serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at The Mosaic Company, a role held since March 2007. Previously, Phil held various positions within the company, including Vice President of Growth and Development and Associate General Counsel. Phil also contributed to Rebuilding Together Twin Cities as President and Chair of the Board of Directors from July 2007 to June 2010, focusing on preserving affordable homeownership for low-income homeowners. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Minnetronix, Inc., and as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor's degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
