Shae Disney is the Regional Operations Director for Cell Therapy Patient Operations at AstraZeneca, a position held since 2025. Previously, Shae served as the Nurse Unit Manager for Apheresis at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre from 2021 to 2024, where they oversaw high-quality patient care, staff management, and departmental budgeting. With extensive experience in transplant haematology, transfusion, and apheresis practices, Shae has also worked as a Clinical and Scientific Liaison at Therakos and has held various roles related to apheresis and CAR T-cell project management. Shae earned a Master of Advanced Nursing Practice in Oncology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Nursing from Monash University.
