Slavé Petrovski

Slavé Petrovski is the Vice President of the Centre for Genomics Research at AstraZeneca, where they have been instrumental since 2017 in driving innovations in genomics to enhance patient care. They have led large-scale genomic studies resulting in significant breakthroughs and possess expertise in population genetics, multi-omics, and machine learning. In addition to their role at AstraZeneca, Slavé serves as a professor in computational genomics at the University of Melbourne and has held an honorary visiting fellowship at the University of Cambridge. They have also contributed to the UK National Genomics Board, furthering their commitment to global collaborations in genomic diversity.
