Terry Meehan

Terry Meehan is a seasoned professional in the field of biologics and informatics with extensive experience in project management and research leadership. Currently serving as the Biologics Discovery Platform Lead at AstraZeneca since March 2025, Terry previously held the position of Associate Director of Informatics Project Management at Sanofi, where efforts included leading the integration of an in-silico biologics platform and promoting agile methodologies post-acquisition. Prior to Sanofi, Terry worked as a Senior Project Manager at Kymab Ltd, focusing on informatics infrastructure and enhancing production pipelines for microfluidic sequencing. Earlier roles include Principal Investigator and Coordinator at EMBL-EBI, where the successful management of a diverse team led to securing over $11 million in funding, and positions at The Jackson Laboratory and The Scripps Research Institute. Terry's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Colby College.
