Thiago Neves

Thiago Neves, CCEP-I, is an Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Executive with nearly two decades of experience in corporate compliance and risk management within multinational organizations. Currently a Senior Manager and Ethics Leader at AstraZeneca, Thiago has successfully founded and structured the Ethics function, enhancing compliance culture and governance practices across the organization. Previously, they held leadership roles at UCB Biopharma, KPMG, and Deloitte, where they demonstrated expertise in risk assessments, policy development, and internal audits. Thiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Governance, Risk, Control, and Compliance at USP.
