Thiago Ribeiro

Thiago Ribeiro, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as Associate Director HR Solutions Tech Lead at AstraZeneca since September 2025. Previously, Thiago was Global HRIT Solutions Architect Senior Manager at Jerónimo Martins, where responsibilities included leading the HRIT technical team and advising on HR applications architecture. Prior positions include Global HR Domain Architect and Project Manager roles at DB Schenker, where focus areas were HRIT domain architecture and global HR projects, respectively. Thiago’s experience also encompasses consulting management at Deloitte, project management in various HR initiatives at Votorantim and Embraer, and industrial engineering project management at L'Oréal and General Motors. Academic credentials include an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Paulista.
