Vidya Balakrishnan

Vidya Balakrishnan is an accomplished professional specializing in human resources and organizational development. With a substantial tenure at FULL Creative since November 2013, Vidya has advanced from a Training and Development Consultant to the roles of People and Culture Manager and People Partner. Prior to this, an internship in Human Resources at SolarWinds provided valuable experience. Vidya holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organization Development from the Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ethiraj College for Women.
