Xiaofeng Tang

Xiaofeng Tang is currently a Principle SME Drug Product at AstraZeneca, supporting the expansion project at the Wuxi site. Previously, they served as a Sr. Technical Manager at Bayer, where they led multiple projects in the APAC region, focusing on process validation, technology transfer, and operational excellence. Xiaofeng also held various engineering and leadership roles at GE Healthcare, Seagate Technology, and FOXCONN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., driving improvements in manufacturing processes and product quality. They hold dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronic Engineering from Jiangnan University and are certified in Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO13485 internal auditing.
