Yinhai Wang

Yinhai Wang is currently an Honorary Professor at the University of Leicester and has held the position of Director of Data Science & Quantitative Biology at AstraZeneca. They have extensive experience in data science and quantitative biology, leading teams in drug target identification and validation, while also focusing on novel AI and machine learning methods. Yinhai has contributed to various roles in research and software engineering across institutions such as Queen's University Belfast and the University of Helsinki. They hold a PhD in Digital Pathology from Queen's University Belfast and have several patents to their name.
