Peng Xie

Peng XIE is a Senior Engineer at the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) since December 2022, specializing in image processing, data analysis, inverse problems, and numerical algorithms. Prior to this role, XIE served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from November 2020 to November 2022, focusing on analysis of partial differential equations and wave propagation. XIE holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics from Tsinghua University, obtained in June 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lanzhou University, completed in June 2014.
