Kathleen Bacharach, CPA

Kathleen Bacharach, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kathleen began their career in 2008 as an Office Administrator at Radiospire Networks. Kathleen then worked as a Finance Intern at Axis Communications from 2010 to 2011. In 2013, Kathleen joined RSM US LLP as an Assurance Supervisor, where they worked until 2017. At RSM, they gained valuable experience in the field of assurance.

In 2017, Kathleen joined Astria Therapeutics, Inc. and has since held multiple roles within the finance department. Kathleen started as an Accounting Manager in 2017 and then progressed to a Controller & Associate Director, Finance position from July 2019 to January 2021. From there, they were promoted to the role of Controller & Director, Finance, which they held until January 2022. Currently, Kathleen serves as the Controller & Senior Director, Finance at Astria Therapeutics, Inc.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated their expertise in finance and accounting, earning their CPA designation. Their experience in various roles and industries has equipped their with diverse skills and a strong foundation in financial management.

Kathleen Bacharach, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Saint Michael's College, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Kathleen further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from Northeastern University in 2012.
