Gaëtan Horlin has extensive experience in telecommunications and risk management, currently serving as the Business Continuity and Risk Manager at ASTRID since April 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the business continuity and risk framework, as well as managing disaster recovery projects. Previously, Gaëtan worked as a Domain Architect and Radio Deployment Program Manager at Mobistar - France Telecom/Orange, focusing on 3G Access Network design and third-party partner coordination. Gaëtan held the position of Head of RF Engineering at ASTRID from 2004 to 2008 and began a career as a Design Engineer at Belgacom Mobile - Proximus, after serving as a Component Engineer at Thomson-CSF Electronics Belgium and a Telecom Engineer at Tractebel Energy Engineering. Gaëtan's educational background includes a 3rd Cycle in Telecommunications from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons and a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics from Haute Ecole en Hainaut.
