Hansen Tsai

Hansen Tsai currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Astrid Dispensary, Australia's first female-led dispensary, focusing on cannabinoid medicines and patient-centered care since May 2022. Prior to this, Hansen held multiple underwriting positions at QBE Insurance from February 2015 to May 2022, including Senior Underwriter for Accident & Health. Hansen contributed to the insurance industry as Australasian Treasurer for Young Insurance Professionals from October 2018 to October 2019 and served as QLD Vice-President from January 2016 to January 2018. Early career experience includes a sales associate role at Hermès from November 2010 to February 2015. Hansen holds a Master of Business in Applied Finance from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics from The University of Queensland, along with several certifications in general insurance and underwriting.
