Since January 2017, Pippa has authored three published non-fiction books and engages in public speaking, delivering training on disability-related topics for various organizations. With a strong online presence of over 20,000 followers, Pippa shares insights on chronic illness and collaborates with brands on influencer marketing campaigns. Pippa founded Spoonie Survival Kits, a successful social enterprise, and has held roles in social media management and community outreach for notable organizations. Pippa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in Education from the University of York.

Astriid is a UK charity that connects people with long-term conditions (and carers) with meaningful work and amazing employers. Founded by David Shutts OBE following his cancer diagnosis, we believe that the value of work is far more than the wages paid.
