Pippa Stacey is a disabled author, speaker, and communication consultant with extensive experience in the disability community. Since January 2017, Pippa has authored three published non-fiction books and engages in public speaking, delivering training on disability-related topics for various organizations. With a strong online presence of over 20,000 followers, Pippa shares insights on chronic illness and collaborates with brands on influencer marketing campaigns. Pippa founded Spoonie Survival Kits, a successful social enterprise, and has held roles in social media management and community outreach for notable organizations. Pippa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in Education from the University of York.

Astriid is a UK charity that connects people with long-term conditions (and carers) with meaningful work and amazing employers. Are you ready to diversify your workforce and discover the UK's Invisible Talent Pool? Founded by David Shutts OBE following his cancer diagnosis, we believe that the value of work is far more than the wages paid. Employment provides routine, a sense of normality, challenges and rewards, and when approached correctly, can also facilitate a greater sense of wellbeing. We also work directly with employers and organisations, offering bespoke research, consultancy, talks, and training. We are subject experts in inclusive working, especially for those with Energy Limiting Conditions, and many of our small team who live with long-term conditions are experts by experience too. We’re a small charity with huge ambitions. Our mission is to make working practice more inclusive for people with long-term conditions, but we rely on donations, fundraising and volunteering to help make this a reality.
