Duane Ramirez is an experienced Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach with a strong background in enhancing operational efficiency through Agile DevOps methodologies across various organizations. Currently serving at Astrion since February 2024, Duane spearheads improvements for the C2IE team and champions Agile practices for the JCO team. Prior experience includes significant contributions to Technica Corporation, where critical capabilities for USAF programs were delivered, and leadership roles at CGI and Oasis Systems LLC focused on collaboration and quality solutions for military initiatives. Duane's educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word, an MBA, and an MA from Webster University, alongside a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
