Gary Amerson

Gary Amerson is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and education. Currently serving as a Security Control Assessor Representative at Astrion since September 2021, Gary has also held the position of Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University since January 2009. Prior roles include Director of the Center for Cyber Security at Auburn University at Montgomery and Civil Servant for the US Navy. Gary's extensive career in the USAF spanned over 25 years as an airborne radio operator. Academic credentials include a Master's in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's in Business Information Systems, both obtained from Bellevue University.
