Rich Ruiz

Rich Ruiz is an accomplished director and senior program manager with extensive experience in cyber operations, program management, and team leadership within the Department of Defense. Currently serving as Director and HNC Corporate Lead at Astrion since October 2019, Rich oversees hiring for the EPASS HNC A&S Support contract and is responsible for building teams that support government cyber and cryptologic programs. Previous roles include senior leadership positions at Oasis Systems, Def-Logix, and Abacus Technology, where Rich directed cyber mission efforts and managed significant budgets and operations across various military environments. Rich's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
