Hui Zhian Chin has over a decade of experience in strategic sourcing, transformation, and innovation at Astro, currently leading initiatives to digitize procurement processes, enhance spend control, and drive significant cost savings. As a Group Strategy and Innovation leader, Hui Zhian has successfully redesigned performance management systems, fostered a customer-first culture, and built innovation capabilities in collaboration with Amazon Web Services. Prior to this, Hui Zhian served as an Integrations Operations Senior Associate at Astro Radio, where a track record of executing award-winning promotional campaigns led to significant revenue growth and increased listenership. Hui Zhian's career began with the Astro Scholars Rotation Programme after earning a Bachelor of Music from the University of Melbourne.
