Lauren Whitehouse has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and engineering industries. Lauren currently works as a Lander Structures Engineer at Astrobotic since 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Fan Structures Engineer at Pratt & Whitney from 2017 to 2020. In 2016, Lauren worked as a Material Planning Intern at SpaceX, and in 2015, they were an Engineering Co-op at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
Lauren Whitehouse completed their education in mechanical engineering with a focus on aerospace engineering. Lauren first attended Case Western Reserve University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Lauren then pursued further education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2018 to 2021, obtaining a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
