Theodore D. Lincoln has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Theodore D. started their career in 2011 as a Research Assistant at the Cleveland Clinic, where they conducted research on diabetic animal models and assisted in surgeries and data collection.

In 2012, they worked as an Audio Visual Engineer and IT Technician at the University of Rochester International Theater Program, where they led the Audio-Visual department, installed audio and projection systems, and provided technical support to team members.

In 2013, Theodore interned as a Summer Research Intern at Boston Children's Hospital, where they collaborated on testing drug treatment effectiveness on breast cancer cells and conducted various assays and analysis.

Theodore D. then transitioned to a Laboratory Technician role at the same institution, first as a Laboratory Technician III from 2015 to 2018, where they managed nonhuman primate subjects, assisted in experiments, and conducted histological processing. Theodore D. then served as a Laboratory Technician IV - Lab Manager from 2018 to 2021, taking on additional responsibilities such as resolving software issues, developing surgical planning methods, and updating behavioral task software.

In 2021, Theodore worked as a Product Engineering Intern at Geopipe, Inc. before joining Astrobotic in 2022 as a Simulation Software Engineer.

Theodore D. Lincoln achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester, starting in 2010 and completing in 2014. Afterward, they continued their education at the University of Rochester as a non-matriculated student in Computer Science from 2018 to 2019. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Theodore pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at RIT.
