Hendra Saputra

Hendra Saputra has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and infrastructure engineering. Hendra is currently working as a DevOps Lead at ASTRO since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at tiket.com from October 2020 to March 2022. Before joining tiket.com, Hendra worked as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at itmi.id - Indopasifik Teknologi Medika Indonesia, PT from August 2019 to October 2020, where they were responsible for building infrastructure, implementing CI/CD processes, and working with various cloud platforms and tools. Hendra also gained experience in database management, monitoring, performance testing, and network management.

Prior to their role at itmi.id, Hendra was a Senior DevOps Engineer at tiket.com from January 2019 to August 2019, and a DevOps Engineer from March 2016 to January 2019. Hendra also worked as a System Engineer at Berca Hardayaperkasa from August 2015 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Hendra worked as an IT infrastructure VoIP Engineer at PT Intelix Global Crossing from March 2012 to August 2015, and they started their career with an internship as a Technical Support at Telekomunikasi Indonesia from March 2008 to June 2008.

Hendra Saputra has a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended SMK Telkom Jakarta from 2005 to 2008, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Hendra obtained the Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google in August 2023 and the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification from Red Hat in 2015.
