Carlos Felipe Castro

Carlos Felipe Castro's work experience includes positions at various companies in the technology industry. Carlos Felipe currently works at Astronomer as the Head of CS Engineering (CSE) since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Solutions Engineering at Astronomer from November 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Astronomer, Castro worked at Dell Boomi as the Field CTO Data Catalog & Prep from January 2020 to November 2020. Castro had entrepreneurial experience as a Freelance IT Consultant at C2 Consultores, where they designed small-scale system solutions for small and startup companies in Bogota, Colombia. During this time, they also worked with Parking Solutions Inc. Carlos Felipe began their career as an Accessibility Engineer at Project Performance, conducting accessibility analysis and evaluations of software and web-based applications developed or procured by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Carlos Felipe also had an internship at Sun Microsystems in 2004.

Carlos Felipe Castro attended CNG from 1987 to 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they studied Management Information Systems at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and obtained a B.S.B.A. degree.
