Michelle Winters

Michelle Winters has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and project management. Michelle currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Astronomer, starting in November 2023. Before that, they worked at Cybereason, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager, Customer Success & MSSP Renewals, Manager, Customer Success [North America], and Team Lead of Customer Success [North America]. Prior to Cybereason, Michelle worked as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager West Regional Lead at Cybereason from an unknown start date to January 2021. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Mindflash Technologies, Inc. Michelle's earlier work experience includes roles at AppDynamics as a Project Manager/Customer Relations Manager, Verizon Terramark as a Service Manager, and Rackspace Hosting as a Cloud Account Manager II and Cloud Server Administrator/Customer Support Technician.

Michelle Winters obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they completed between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their degree, Michelle has obtained various certifications including a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in 2020, a Cybereason | CR-GDPR Certificate from Cybereason in 2018, and certifications in Security+, CompTIA Linux+, A+, Certified ScrumMaster, ITIL - ITIL Foundation, Project+, and Project Plus.
