Sarah Ely

Sarah Ely is a dedicated professional pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rowan University, complemented by minors in Physics and Mathematics and an Honors Studies concentration. Since July 2024, Sarah has held roles as a Community Assistant and Honors Service Coordinator at Rowan University, while also serving as an Artemis Student Ambassador and a NASA JSC Pathways Software, Robotics, and Simulation Engineering Intern, where Sarah contributed to simulation and graphics projects. Sarah's involvement with the Astronomical Society of the Pacific as a NASA Partner Eclipse Ambassador has focused on community outreach regarding eclipse education. Additionally, Sarah has extensive experience in robotics education as a Curriculum Developer and Lead Instructor at Robotics For All, and has managed 3D printing operations and projects in various capacities within the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering and past internships at NASA. Sarah's contributions to teaching coding at Code Ninjas and leading STEM initiatives at TechGirlz reflect a commitment to fostering STEM education among youth.
