Perla V.

Perla V. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Development and Technical Product Manager in the Research & Development department at the Houston Astros, focusing on the management of internal products that enhance in-game decision-making and talent acquisition. With previous experience at Thoughtworks as a Lead Technology Consultant and Technical Product Manager, Perla V. drove significant technology initiatives and developed the Technology Radar publication. Additional roles have included a Course Assistant for Stanford Continuing Studies, an Emerging Executive Program Fellow at HITEC, and an Artificial Intelligence Fellow at Samsung Electronics America. Perla V. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by ongoing education at Stanford Continuing Studies.
