Ian Thomas

Ian Thomas is the Head of Programs at Astroscale U.S., where they lead a team of project managers and manage a portfolio of over $250 million, focusing on the sustainability of space. Previously, Ian served as a Department Head in the US Navy and held several leadership roles, including Program Manager for the U.S. Navy Reserve. They gained experience in finance, business intelligence, and operations at Lockheed Martin and BloomBright. Currently, Ian is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder while also studying Aviation/Aerospace Technology at Purdue University and completing Joint Professional Military Education at the U.S. Naval War College.
