Jamie Lloyd has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Avionics Engineering Manager at Astroscale since October 2019, overseeing multiple roles including Electrical & Avionics Group Manager and Command & Data Handling Team Lead. Jamie's prior tenure at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd includes positions as Senior Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer from September 2012 to October 2019. Earlier experience also includes a Graduate Electrical Engineer role at Ultra Electronics and an Undergraduate Engineering Work Placement at GE Aviation. Jamie's engineering foundations were solidified through participation in the Engineering Education Scheme with BAE Systems and a brief work experience at Thales. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Space Science Technology from the University of Bath.
