Maxwell Holland

Maxwell Holland is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in avionics manufacturing and testing, currently serving as Manager of Avionics Manufacturing & Test Engineering at SpaceX since September 2019, leading a team of 29 engineers. Prior roles at SpaceX included Lead Manufacturing and Test Engineer and Sr. Process Development Engineer, where Maxwell drove the development of quality-focused processes and tools. Previous experience includes positions at Emerson, GE, and GE Energy Connections, where Maxwell focused on manufacturing systems and supply chain leadership. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Professional Studies in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
