Taro Kashiwayanagi is an experienced professional with a strong background in computer vision and robotics software. Since January 2020, Taro has been managing the computer vision and robotics software team at Astroscale, previously holding roles as a Computer Vision Engineer and Rendezvous System Engineer. Prior to joining Astroscale, Taro worked at Bosch from February 2018 to December 2019 as a Software Engineer specializing in automotive radar software. Taro's career began at Japan Radio, where a tenure from April 2004 to February 2018 was spent as a Senior Researcher. Taro holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tokyo Metropolitan University (2002-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from the same institution (1998-2002).
