Astrum Consulting helps clients transform their business leveraging strategy definition, cost reduction, process improvement, project management, and technology solutions. Through years of consulting projects we realized that many organizations can easily get caught up in the day-to-day activities and lose focus of why they are truly in business - - to serve their customers. Our goal is to help companies build stronger and more efficient organizations that will provide better service to their customers. We deliver measurable results by helping clients reduce cost and complexity, while increasing overall customer satisfaction and revenue.

To truly be a customer-centric organization, the company must first understand who their customers are and what they truly want. Leveraging our strong background in customer strategy and CRM, we developed the Customer Experience Model, a proven customer-centric methodology that helps us access the customer’s expectations and then help guide us towards building a simplified and efficient organization.

While every client and project is unique, our proven methodology focuses on results and simplifying your organization around the customer. On a typical project we can assist with capturing customer needs and then help refine your customer strategy. After completing the customer strategy, we look at how your organization is currently set up - - focusing on people, process, and technology. We map how you can get from your current state organization to the desired future state. We will help develop an implementation plan and work with your organization to implement the changes.
