Jonathan Hughes

Jonathan (Pat) Hughes has a long history of work experience in the military. In 2021, they were appointed Company Commander and Assistant Operations Officer for the Army National Guard, Customer Success Manager for AstrumU®, and President for JP Hughes Consulting LLC. From 2017 to 2021, they were Assistant Professor of Military Science and Operations Officer at the University of Missouri, Columbia. In 2013, they were Chief Operations Officer and Company Executive Officer for a rapidly deployable Light Infantry Battalion, as well as Platoon Leader.

Jonathan (Pat) Hughes received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Northwest Missouri State University between 2006 and 2011. Jonathan (Pat) then went on to obtain a Masters in Project Management from Capella University between 2019 and 2021. During their time at Capella University, they were also awarded the President's List - Winter 2021. In addition, Jonathan has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in June 2021.
