Rainier Sarabia

Rainier Sarabia is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Astute Payroll by Deel since March 2017, Rainier has also held positions such as Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer, focusing on methodologies like TDD, BDD, and SOLID. Prior to this, Rainier's career includes roles at the Australian Council for Educational Research as a Senior Software Engineer and at Outsourcely as CTO and Lead Developer. Rainier has a strong background in full-stack development and programming, having worked with various technologies across multiple companies. Educated at Holy Angel University, Rainier holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering.
