Gina Miller has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Gina'smost recent position is Chief People Officer at ASU Enterprise Partners. Prior to that, they were Vice President of Human Resources at SuccessFuel, where they provided strategic guidance on company culture and oversaw payroll and benefits. Gina also served as the VP of People Services/Head of HR at Empire Education Group, supporting multiple locations and managing a team of 15 employees. Gina has also held HR management positions at Laureate Education, Apollo Education Group, PepsiCo, and Covidien, where they demonstrated expertise in employee engagement and addressing key business challenges.
Gina Miller obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) dual major in Human Resources Training/Development & Management from Webster University from 1999 to 2001. Gina specialized in Human Resources Development during their studies. Prior to that, Gina completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
In terms of additional certifications, Gina became a Licensed Analyst in the Predictive Index System from The Predictive Group, Inc. in January 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Feedback Provider certification in Korn Ferry/Lominger 360 from Korn Ferry Products in 2005.

ASU Enterprise Partners is a private, nonprofit organization located in Tempe, Arizona, whose mission is to provide an ecosystem of services to create solutions and generate resources to extend Arizona State University’s reach and advance its charter. ASU Enterprise Partners is a 501(c)3 organization separate from Arizona State University. ASU Enterprise Partners supports ASU through resource raising, realty development, technology transfer, collaborative research and acceleration of ed tech innovations in support of universal lifelong learning. Its business units and companies include the ASU Foundation, ASURE, Enterprise Collaboratory at ASU, the Milo Space Science Institute, RealmSpark, Skysong Innovations and University Realty. It is governed by a volunteer board of directors and is led by Chief Executive Officer Dan Dillon, Jr.
