Prior to their work in academia, Julie also worked in marketing and communications roles at companies like Pearson and Charles Schwab. Julie holds a Master of Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College.

ASU Enterprise Partners is a private, nonprofit organization located in Tempe, Arizona, whose mission is to provide an ecosystem of services to create solutions and generate resources to extend Arizona State University’s reach and advance its charter. ASU Enterprise Partners is a 501(c)3 organization separate from Arizona State University. ASU Enterprise Partners supports ASU through resource raising, realty development, technology transfer, collaborative research and acceleration of ed tech innovations in support of universal lifelong learning. Its business units and companies include the ASU Foundation, ASURE, Enterprise Collaboratory at ASU, the Milo Space Science Institute, RealmSpark, Skysong Innovations and University Realty. It is governed by a volunteer board of directors and is led by Chief Executive Officer Dan Dillon, Jr.
