Carolyn Dolezal

Carolyn Dolezal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carolyn currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group. Prior to this, they worked at The Dolezal Group as an Executive Coach and Organization Development Consultant, where they mentored professionals and supported individual and team development. Carolyn also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at C200, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.

Before that, Dolezal worked as a Principal Management Consultant at Market Strategy Group, where they focused on aligning business direction, people & process, and markets & customers to drive growth. Carolyn also served as the Vice President, Strategy and Chief Marketing and Information Officer at PCTEL, Inc., where they led international enterprise information technology infrastructure and systems teams.

Dolezal's previous roles include being a Board of Directors and Compensation Committee Chair at PCTEL, a President at SEI LLC, an Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Technology Industry Practice at SmithBucklin, and a Senior Director at Motorola Solutions in various capacities.

Throughout their career, Dolezal has demonstrated expertise in leadership coaching, organization design, strategy development, and operational management. Carolyn has consistently focused on driving growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional results for their organizations.

Carolyn Dolezal has an extensive education history. Carolyn started their educational journey in 1988 at Northwestern University. Currently ongoing at the same university, Carolyn is pursuing Executive Education in Change Management and Board Governance. Additionally, in 2021, they participated in the Recognized Expert Course offered by Dorie Clark Courses.

Before these recent educational pursuits, Carolyn Dolezal completed an MBA program at Northwestern University, specializing in Marketing, Finance, and Management Policy. Carolyn also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Administrative Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
