Charlene Brown

Charlene Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Charlene started their career as a Sr. Programmer Analyst with Delta Air Lines in 1982 and also worked as a Flight Attendant during that time. Charlene then transitioned into the technology and consulting field, working as an Account Manager at et alia, LLC from 2002 to 2004, and as an SAP Education Account Manager at SAP America from 2004 to 2008. During their time at SAP America, they also served as Chapter Chair for the Florida Chapter and Georgia Chapter at ASUG, where they successfully revitalized the chapters' attendance. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Global Account Manager at teksoft ventures, inc, followed by an Account Manager position at Kaplan Learning Technologies from 2010 to 2012. Charlene then joined TracePoint Consulting as a Dir of Sales, SAP from 2012 to 2013, where they focused on Change Management and training for ERP implementations. Most recently, they have been working at SAP America as an SAP Enablement Executive, providing support to clients in maximizing their investment in SAP software and ensuring user understanding and success. Additionally, they have worked as an ASUG Market Specialist at ASUG, serving as a liaison between other SIGs and the Services and Support Community.

Charlene Brown has pursued their education at the University of Washington. While studying there, they focused on Fine Arts, specializing in Music, particularly piano, as well as Interior Design.
