Mike Narducci has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike currently serves as the President of NEXTEP Technology Solutions since 2002, where they specialize in ERP and BI services, with a particular focus on SAP S/4 HANA, Workday, Peoplesoft, MongoDB, and BusinessObjects BI.

Prior to their current role, Mike worked as ASUG's SAP Career Advocate & Founder for the Missouri - St. Louis ASUG Chapter starting from 1998. This position marked the first time ASUG concentrated on SAP career trends and guidance on a national level.

Before their involvement with ASUG, Mike worked as an SAP MM Consultant for Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. from 1998 to 2003. In this role, they were responsible for SAP MM configuration for Procurement Process Re-engineering and played a crucial role in implementing the second SAP B2B (SRM) implementation globally. Additionally, they led the A/P imaging and workflow LIV implementation and evaluated third-party products for use in conjunction with SAP.

Mike's career in the corporate sector began in 1986 when they joined Anheuser-Busch Inc. as the National/Field Media Manager and Manager of Competitive Intelligence. Prior to this, they had a role as a Media Supervisor for The Seven-Up Company from 1985 to 1986.

Starting in 1982, Mike served as a Media Supervisor (Media Planner/Buyer) for Advanswers Media/Programming, Inc., an Omnicom Company. During their tenure, they planned and bought media for various brands, such as Purina, Brown-Forman, Jack Daniels, Airwick, Ciba-Geigy, and Firestone.

Mike Narducci, also known as SAPrecruiter, pursued their education with great dedication. Beginning in 1975, they attended Lafayette Sr. High School until 1978. During this time, they participated in the FLEX Program College Prep, aiming to prepare himself for higher education. After completing high school, Mike went on to attend Saint Louis University from 1978 to 1985. At this esteemed institution, they pursued a double major, earning both an M.B.A. and a BSBA degree. Mike's area of focus during their studies was Marketing and Computer Science.
