Mike Timm

Mike Timm has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career as an Accounting Intern at Kiewit in 1992 and later worked as an Internal Audit Intern at Union Pacific Corp. In 1994, they worked as a Cost Accountant and IT Analyst Intern at Industrial Label Corporation. From 1996 to 1998, Mike served as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co, and then joined Prism Consulting Group LLC as a Senior SAP HR Consultant until 2000. In 2000, they founded their own company, Integrated Consulting Group LLC, where they currently serve as President & CEO. Starting in 2013, they took on the role of a Market Leader at the Midwest-Central Chapter of ASUG - Americas' SAP Users' Group. In 2016, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Omaha Maker Group. Most recently, in 2022, they joined SAP SuccessFactors as a Partner Confidant.

Mike Timm earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Mike attended the University from 1991 to 1995. Before attending the University, they completed their High School education at Millard North High School from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Mike Timm has obtained certifications in SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll from SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll with SAP ERP 6.07 from SAP in December 2016, and SAP Human Resources from SAP in October 1998.
