Diana Chavez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Sustainability Committee at ASUR, Diana also holds a prominent role as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Centre for Sport and Human Rights. Formerly, Diana was the Executive Director of the Private Sector Center in Support of the UN SDGs, where innovative initiatives were developed to enhance sustainable investment decisions. Diana's leadership experience includes the role of Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Finance Committee at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). With a solid background in strategic direction for the LAC Regional Center in Support of the Global Compact and as Global Compact Country Coordinator for UNDP, Diana has significantly influenced corporate social responsibility and foreign investment in Mexico. Diana possesses multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in International Studies and multiple MBAs from Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside negotiation expertise from Harvard Law School.

It and its subsidiaries hold concessions to operate, maintain and develop approximately nine airports in the southeast region of Mexico, as well as over 10 airports in Colombia.
