Rasmus Christiansen is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in board membership and leadership roles across various organizations. Serving as a board member at ASUR since December 2006 and at Copenhagen Airports International A/S since 1999, Rasmus has also held positions as CEO and Vice President at the latter company. Additional board memberships include Glostrup Park Hotel and a previous role as Chairman of The Schou Foundation until December 2022. Rasmus was Chairman of ForSea AB from September 2015 to October 2020. Rasmus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Aarhus University, completed from 1972 to 1977, and is a graduate of Hjørring Gymnasium.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste SAB de CV (ASUR) is a Mexico-based holding company. It and its subsidiaries hold concessions to operate, maintain and develop approximately nine airports in the southeast region of Mexico, as well as over 10 airports in Colombia. The Company operates through segments, including Cancun airport and subsidiaries (Cancun), the Villahermosa Airport (Villahermosa), the Merida airport (Merida) and Services. The airports are located in Cancun, Cozumel, Merida, Huatulco, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Villahermosa, Tapachula and Minatitlan, Mexico, and in Medellin, Colombia, among others.
