Benny Susilo

Benny Susilo has a diverse work experience, starting as an Assistant Laboratory Center at Bina Nusantara University, where they taught and mentored students in various programming courses. Benny then became a Programmer at Karya Digital before joining Asuransi Astra. At Asuransi Astra, Benny held multiple roles including IT Project Management Staff, Mobile Project Coordinator, Head of Mobile Development Section, Head of Cyber Security, and currently holds the position of Head of IT Development Department. In these roles, they led teams, managed budgets, oversaw development and data management, and implemented strategies to align cybersecurity goals with business objectives. Benny has demonstrated excellent leadership and technical skills throughout their career.

Benny Susilo received their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University in 2013.
