Steven J Ruffino

Steven J. Ruffino is currently the Director of HCM Sales Northeast at Asure Software, where they are focused on growing and developing a team to sell HCM services throughout the Northeast. With over 18 years of experience in the payroll industry, they previously served as Payroll Division Manager at Heartland, helping to expand the Payroll Division from 1,000 to over 40,000 clients. Additionally, they have held positions as a Senior Product Advisor and Territory Manager, and they are an active board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Monroe County since 2012. Steven holds a degree in Business Management from Finger Lakes Community College. Outside of work, they enjoy coaching and spending quality time with family.
