Elke van der Meijden

Elke Van der Meijden, FCXP (CX-III) serves as the GM Innovation and Insights at AsureQuality since January 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Mercury NZ, where responsibilities spanned analytics, innovation, and customer strategy from May 2017 to January 2022. In previous positions at AMP New Zealand, Elke led customer experience initiatives and performance improvement efforts from October 2012 to May 2017. Earlier roles at Vodafone involved significant leadership in readiness for business transformation and marketing. Starting a career in various positions at Sitel New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand, Elke possesses a BA in Psychology from the University of Otago and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from Henley Business School.
