Holly McFarland

Holly McFarland has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Holly started their career at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Proposal Specialist in Marketing, where they worked with a team of four specialists to respond to customer proposals and renewals. Holly also conducted research on pharmaceutical and healthcare system information for the Cleveland-based region. In 2004, they achieved the status of "Senior." In 2006, Holly joined Hyland as a Proposal Specialist, where they worked on a team of three specialists, providing high-quality deliverables such as RFPs, RFIs, Quotes, and global tenders. Holly also researched and compiled business and industry information for immediate use. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Corporate Communications Writer, Proposal Services Team Lead, and eventually became the Proposal Services Team Lead, International. In this role, they managed a team of four members and oversaw bid requests, resulting in significant revenue growth. In 2018, Holly joined Asurint as a Sales Enablement & Proposal Manager.

Holly McFarland holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Kent State University. Holly also received a Diploma from Padua Franciscan High School. In addition to their formal education, Holly has obtained certifications such as CDIA+ from the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and AIIM ECM Practitioner (ecmp) from aiim. Holly obtained their CDIA+ certification in November 2006, and their AIIM ECM Practitioner certification in 2006.
